There are certain recipes I find that when I see the food, I have to make the food. Baked S’mores?? Are you kidding? Had to make ASAP. These looked a little stickier and harder than they were. Kind of like a really moist cookie with marshmallow and chocolate. Heaven.
Baked S’mores

xture and mix at a low speed until combined.
Divide dough in half and press half of dough into an even layer on the bottom of the prepared pan. Spoon marshmallow fluff onto dough. Try to get the fluff to even out as much as you can, place chocolate bars over fluff, that will help the fluff even out even more.
Place remaining dough in a single layer on top of the creme. I spooned and spread the dough over the chocolate bars. My dough was pretty creamy, like a cookie dough.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until lightly browned. Enjoy!
Look at all that yummy marshmallow goodness!!!
