Jag Bomb Jello Shots

“I wonder if you can make Jag Bomb Jello Shots.” <– That was all that needed to be said. One night after work my coworker asked the question and I felt sort of challenged. Maybe I could make them, I could at least try. The lemon jello shots turned out pretty well. These turned out pretty well, tasted just like a Jag Bomb (A shot of Jagermeister dropped into a shot of red bull) but not for the faint of heart. All of the shots were consumed on St. Patrick’s Day, and were overwhelmingly described as “Interesting.”

Jag Bomb Jello Shots

  • 2 cups Jagermeister
  • 1 1/4 cups red bull
  • 2 envelopes knox unflavored gelatin

In a large saucepan, bring  3/4 cup of red bull to a boil and SLOWLY pour in both envelopes of gelatin. Careful, the carbonation in the red bull will make it bubble up. Stir until gelatin is incorporated, remove from heat. Prepare the bottom of a loaf pan with plastic wrap, pour 2 cups Jagermeister and the rest of the red bull into the loaf pan. Strain the gelatin-redbull mixture into the loaf pan and gently stir. Refrigerate overnight and cut into cubes. Serve in small portion cups. ENJOY! (Responsibly!!)
